Morgan Young
Founding Partner
Morgan Young has managed, written, directed, and produced countless Integrated Marketing Communications programs for clients ranging from General Motors to the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
His work has consistently been among the most successful and creative in its field – moving and uniting public opinion firmly behind his clients’ causes and winning too many- to-count basement dwelling, dust-collecting pieces of hardware better known as “creative awards.” His work for the National Corn Growers Association has been put on permanent display in The Smithsonian’s American History Museum and was chosen by PR News as the most effective Public Relations campaign of 2015.
In addition to being a founding partner of Propeller Brand Group, Morgan is the President of Young Ideas, LLC, a public affairs ad agency based in Boulder, Colorado. Morgan also serves as faculty at The University of Colorado Leeds School of Business where he teaches marketing, client management and brand strategy. Previously Morgan served as the Senior Vice President and Creative Director of Goddard Claussen Strategic Advocacy.
Morgan holds a MA from The George Washington University and a BA from the University of Colorado. He lives in Boulder, Colorado with his fiance, two kids, one dog and seven guitars. There are rumors of a rogue cat as well, but neither he nor the cat will confirm knowledge of each other.
Diane Elliston
Founding Partner
Diane Elliston brings unique and well-rounded experience as a creative director to the team. Her retail and trade show experience cover the gamut from display to branded corporate swag your customers will actually want to use proudly.
Diane got her start with Mattel Toys as a trade show designer. Working with a team of seasoned pros, she gained valuable experience designing environments for Barbie®, HotWheels®, Matchbox® and other Mattel properties featured at NY Toy Fair and SEMA (Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Assoc). Diane has created specialty retail environment displays for FAO Schwartz, Toys R Us, Target, Home Depot and Lowes. This work, along with catalog and industry video work makes her a key force at Propeller Brand Group. Her digital design work shows her chops, taking regional chain Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy from lackluster sales to a multi-million dollar channel, completely overhauling the user-experience, visual look, feel and style. Diane brings a strategic and thoughtful mind to all of her projects and showcases her design spirit—spunky. Diane believes that great design deserves an audience, and is always thinking about how to reach more eyes and ears.
After studying architecture for 3 years, she shifted gears to art and design. Diane holds a BFA in Fine Art/ Photography from Laguna College of Art and Design and an MFA from Claremont Graduate University. Diane also serves as adjunct faculty at
The University of Colorado College of Media, Communication and Information teaching Strategic Communication Campaigns and Marketing.

After eight years of living and working in Southern California, he pulled out and headed back to the mountains, to take the reins at Postmodern. As Owner and Executive Producer of Postmodern, Colorado’s go-to source for video production, Ben has surrounded himself with the best talent to help move today’s best companies into tomorrow, seamlessly integrating messaging and brand reinforcement to produce powerfully compelling and inspiring video.
